Ever dreamed of earning money online and finally saying goodbye to night shifts and unpredictable work hours? Same here.
After almost six years in the medical field, I’ve realized one thing — while I’m incredibly grateful for the experiences and stability, the income potential is limited, especially if you’re relying solely on a fixed monthly paycheck.
Now in my late 20s, I’m shifting gears. I don’t have major responsibilities like raising kids or supporting a big household, so this feels like the perfect time to explore ways to make income online and create a more flexible life.
Why I’m Choosing the Online Income Route
The appeal of working from home, waking up without a blaring alarm for a 2 PM shift, or dreading a 10 PM call time has become stronger than ever. I want freedom of time — the ability to earn while living on my own terms.
And no, I’m not quitting my day job just yet — but I am building my online income streams alongside it.
Here’s how I’m starting:

1. Testing Various Online Income Streams for 30 Days
I’ve come across so many ways to make money online — from passive income hacks to side hustles that claim to bring in hundreds of dollars a day. But the question is: are they actually doable for the average person?
One thing I’ve noticed is that most people online don’t really show the real results of trying these methods consistently for 30, 60, or 90 days. That’s why I’ve decided to test them myself.
Over the next 30 days, I’ll be choosing a few popular income streams I’ve seen online and trying them out to see if they’re worth the time and effort. I’ll document the process, results, and whether or not I’d recommend them.
This experiment won’t just help me filter out what’s legit — it’ll also be my personal benchmark for finding what really works in the world of online income.

2. Diving Into Forex Trading
Trading has always intrigued me — especially after dabbling in crypto mock trading a while back. This time, I’m shifting focus to forex trading, which feels more stable and widely taught.
To keep it low-risk, I’m starting with just $20 while I learn the ropes. I’m also diving into books and trading resources because I’ve learned that success in trading comes not from luck, but from having a consistent system and sticking to it.
Right now, my goal isn’t to make a profit. My focus is on learning the craft, building discipline, and gaining confidence in the process.
What’s Next?
I’ll be sharing updates on both these experiments — wins, fails, and everything in between — right here on better-you.org. If you’re also in your 20s or 30s and exploring ways to earn income online, let’s grow together.
Sometimes, all it takes is one step to change the trajectory of your life. And this is mine.
