This book offered me hope.  I’ve been in pain for years due to a back injury and have found no relief.  It seems I have tried virtually everything.  My massage therapist recommended that I take a look at this book and try to follow Roll Model Method for a month to test it out.  I am so glad I did!  After a week I started to notice a difference in my pain level and seeing other benefits as well.

This is a great manual as the instructions are clear and concise and accompanied by photographs that demonstrate the moves.
