This is a very realistic approach to weight loss and fitness.  The fitness plan is very effective, and I don’t feel as hungry as I thought I might or as tired!  The author gives good advice and lots of great pointers and tips not only for losing weight, but getting healthier and looking younger.  With a comprehensive, holistic, and unique approach to wellness,  she teaches you how to harness the power of food, reduce stress, and sleep more soundly. Included in the book is the “Eat Sheet”, which is like a user’s guide with a shopping list and a balanced diet plan.  This book is a game changer.

    It might sound unbelievable to say that The Lean Muscle Diet shows you how you can eat the foods you love and that eating the foods you prefer is precisely how to get lean and stay lean for life, but that’s exactly what this book delivers along with the science to back it up. This a is very well researched, thorough book that covers how to get lean via solid workouts in conjunction with sustainable diet plans. It will require some work on your part, but it will all be worth it in the end.  The content was insightful and the book is very organized and easy to digest. I had a lot of misconceptions about how to obtain lean muscle but this book showed me wrong. It has some basic and useful information that will definitely help you to achieve your fitness goals.  I highly recommend this book to anyone who is looking to get into excellent physical shape and improve his composition.

      This book was an odd mix of inspiration and sadness.  As the author shares the story of the loss of her son,  I found myself grieving with her, almost heartbroken myself, then inspired by the way she handled the death and grew emotionally ans spiritually through her time of grief.  As the author lays her heart bare for all to see, we can find hope and healing in all she has experienced as we relate it to our own life. The book evokes raw emotion, both good and bad and will have you turning to God for understanding and comfort yourself.

            This book offered me hope.  I’ve been in pain for years due to a back injury and have found no relief.  It seems I have tried virtually everything.  My massage therapist recommended that I take a look at this book and try to follow Roll Model Method for a month to test it out.  I am so glad I did!  After a week I started to notice a difference in my pain level and seeing other benefits as well.

            This is a great manual as the instructions are clear and concise and accompanied by photographs that demonstrate the moves.
            The program is easy to follow and to maintain, so you won’t give up on it for being too difficult.

            I also wanted to mention the other value of this book.  The author shares inspiring stories that give you hope and the determination to heal your body.

The narrative was peppered with great advice that I could apply to my life and the motivation assessment really helped me to pinpoint what my motivations are.   I would highly recommend this book to anyone who is struggling with any life issues, whether career  or otherwise.

                I struggle with worry and anxiety and my mother-in-law decided this would be a good book for me to listen to as I commute to work.  I am so glad she gave it to me!  The author gives a good explanation of what worry and specific exercises and tools that help to reinforce positive behaviors that will help you retrain your thought process.  I also found his own story that he shares enlightening and very easy to relate to.If you are looking for a book that explains anxiety and provides coping skills, look no further.  You will find comfort and help by listening to this book.
