    This book is full of so much information about food, fitness, and general health and I am thrilled I purchased it. The author gives fantastic attention to detail about many different to topics from A-Z.  While it is packed with info, the author does it without sounding “preachy”.  Excellent summaries per chapter, this book is almost like an encyclopedia on health!  Not meant for the novice, it is the serious athlete who will take away the most here, but it is also easy enough for beginners to comprehend.  It is very comprehensive and I can see using this as a resource in the future as well.

          I refuse to do the goofy “no carb” and “no fat” diets, because they just aren’t sustainable. I don’t want to live that way!
