I struggle with worry and anxiety and my mother-in-law decided this would be a good book for me to listen to as I commute to work.  I am so glad she gave it to me!  The author gives a good explanation of what worry and specific exercises and tools that help to reinforce positive behaviors that will help you retrain your thought process.  I also found his own story that he shares enlightening and very easy to relate to.If you are looking for a book that explains anxiety and provides coping skills, look no further.  You will find comfort and help by listening to this book.
