This very insightful book changed my life. It’s amazing how many people still don’t understand codependency, even when it is consuming them and those they love. The need to fix others is always easier than accepting we are codependent and need help ourselves. Like addiction, once a codependent, always a codependent. Anyone who feels that the quality of their life is dependent upon someone else’s condition needs to read this book. Even if you’ve removed yourself from the situation, this book provides insight to help you recognize codependent behaviors and thoughts so that you can change your ways and move on to a happy way of life. This book will show you how to control codependency so it doesn’t control you.
