This is a very realistic approach to weight loss and fitness.  The fitness plan is very effective, and I don’t feel as hungry as I thought I might or as tired!  The author gives good advice and lots of great pointers and tips not only for losing weight, but getting healthier and looking younger.  With a comprehensive, holistic, and unique approach to wellness,  she teaches you how to harness the power of food, reduce stress, and sleep more soundly. Included in the book is the “Eat Sheet”, which is like a user’s guide with a shopping list and a balanced diet plan.  This book is a game changer.
